The ONLY urgent care centers in St. Louis that were founded by a currently PRACTICING Emergency Physician.
Our Medical Director, Dr Sonny Saggar has never stopped working as an ER Physician since 2000. In fact, he was the Medical Director of St. Alexius Emergency Department, in St. Louis City until December 2017.
Dr. Saggar has carefully designed the protocols, and personally instructed his hand-picked physicians on the best emergency procedures, so that our patients get not only the best medical care, but also the best value in St. Louis, both City and County.
Many urgent cares across the nation are managed and staffed by former ER physicians, but we feel it's important for patient care, to maintain those skills on an ongoing basis.
Our prime directive is the well-being of our patients. That alone leads to success as a medical facility.
Patients DO NOT come first..... well not exactly
We don't apologize for saying that our patients DO NOT come first. Let us explain what we mean by that....
Employees come first. We take care of our people. And THEY take care of our patients. That's how it works, and THAT'S how our patients achieve the very best outcomes in town. It's called keeping our eye on the ball.
Get involved with a different, a better, kind of medical facility. The kind you'd want to look after your family.
ER Skills without ER Bills? Really?
Our centers are not promoted by sloppy billboard announcements. That's not how we roll.
Dr. Saggar is on staff at almost every Emergency Department in St. Louis and St. Charles, and our centers enjoy excellent relations with all of them.
Indeed, our facilities maintain fantastic referral arrangements with every hospital and medical system in town.
Our facilities are the ONLY ones that are designed and directed by a practicing Emergency Physician.
Hospital if Necessary
There are times when an urgent care simply doesn't have the best resources for a patient's illness or injury.
We do not believe in ordering a CT scan on every patient - urgent cares that own CT scanners risk a financial conflict of interest. We're interested in good outcomes first.
If something is outside our scope, we don't goof around - we give report and transfer them, safely and quickly, to the best hospital that can help the patient.
