Types of Employee Health Centers: Customizable workplace health programs
DMC's workplace health programs provide on-site medical services with staff dedicated to providing occupational, primary, urgent, and preventive health care services at the workplace. Each of these programs can be modified to deliver the appropriate care required, as determined by a client's employee and dependent population and needs.
DMC offers multiple types of employee health centers that promote workplace health and help members get the care they need to return to work and productivity more quickly.
Employee health centers tailored to your workplaceHere are the most common worksite configurations; however, all workplace health programs and services can be customized to meet your specific needs.
Primary Care/Group Health Center: Acute care for common illnesses and ailments, as well as preventive medicine, pharmacy dispensing, rehabilitative services, and case management.
Occupational Health Center: Primary injury care, physical therapy, return-to-duty examinations, specialist care, pre-placement services, and drug and alcohol testing services.
Health and Wellness Center: Proactive wellness services including biometric testing, health fairs, annual preventive examinations, individual counseling, and coaching activities.
DMC can also combine each of these types of centers for a workplace health program that balances the needs of employers and employees in each key area. DMC’s programs range from multi-physician, full-service clinics to single-provider models. They are designed to provide your employees the care they need, when and where they need it, with the goal of helping them be healthy, fit, and productive.
